Our Accounting Law department in Morocco is closely linked to our fiscal department and offers permanent or specific advisory services, in the field of Moroccan accounting regulations. We offer our services in:

• Bookkeeping accounting, both in our offices and “in company” at client’s facilities. Issue of reports and reporting, adapted to customer formats.
• Bookkeeping in foreign currency.
• Adapt to the Moroccan accounting plan the bookkeeping made by the central services of our clients abroad.
• Make inquiries before the accounting authorities.
• Prepare and deliver the annual Accounts (Bilan).
• Assistance in accounting issues related to audits, due diligence, account reviews, situation diagnostics, acquisition operations, participation and mergers, among others.
• We have a Back Office service that acts as a “partnership” in the execution of administrative and accounting processes in Morocco.
